Deleted Files Log?

I recently just discovered that a file of mine was missing. I was curious if there was a place or log where I can look to see if I actually did delete it or moved it to another place. If I did delete this file, what is the best way to go about recovering it.

Hello Rabiv, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If you had system protection turned on for the drive letter that the file was saved to, then you could possibly use previous versions to restore the file from within the folder it was saved in.

If not, then you could give the free program Recuva a try to recover the file.
