Deleting C: Windows --> Temp Files

I have a question. Can i safely delete files from this folder C: Windows Temp as it is 9,9GB in size.

I know that you can delete files from folder when you open Start and then type %temp% but can you delete files in that folder as first picture shows? Would appreciate the help.

SQM files are windows Live M log files. You might want to turn off most logging or it is going to happen again.

I suggest that you download and install Ccleaner. Use it to delete temporary files. It will do so safely.

If you use CCleaner, all temporary files will be safely deleted. Beyond that, I would not touch them.

LOL, Carl beat me, really funny, we use nearly the same words.

SQM files in all this makes only 20kb :)
