did you try rebooting after you added the dual boot for winpe?

There should already be a dual boot menu to choose recovery, listed as ramdisk or winpe.

Good for you. Now you get to restore your Windows 7 computer to factory settings | Dell US which is half as good of an install of Win7 as doing a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164.

You can try to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219576-clean-up-factory-bloatware.html but just remember you deliberately chose to do an inferior install of Win7 even though Dell handed you the disk and we handed you the steps to get a vastly superior install.

bcdedit/delete {6a3893e0-0160-11e4-9340-dc990d2e5ae9}
bcdedit/delete {6a3893e1-0160-11e4-9340-dc990d2e5ae9}
bcdedit/displayorder {current}

Delete P:\NST folder. It was made by easybcd.
when successfully booted in win7. In elevated command prompt:

bcdedit/set  {current}  recoverysequence  {db62634c-2ad1-11e4-86d8-685d43fada0b}
