dell inspiron 3421 bluetooth wifi problem

I've tired to install the bluetooth wifi driver given but it didn't work . Then I tried to install other suggested network driver from the internet but those also didn't work . can anyone help ?

From the Dell Website ? Does your Function Keys work ? ...

Any errors in the Device Manager ? ...

yes , I tried to install Dell Wireless 1703 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Driver .. it was saying activate bluetooth by wireless key .. i didn't found such key.
and my function key works fine , no error in device manager
