Hi Folks,
Am using company notebook Dell Latitude E6410 (core i3, 4GB ram), past 3 weeks notebook keeps hanging each time i send it to hibernate or to sleep. It happens with docking station, but also when it is standalone same thing happens.
am attaching several minidump files.
Could you give a hint what driver/software is causing sleep or hibernate process to hang, after which I have to force shutdown with shutdown button.
I dug bit through the minidump and found that
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f
and process ntoskrnl.exe
Thank you in advance
