Dell Studio 1555 laptop high CPU usage

can anyone suggest me how to deal with high CPU usage how to lower it or keep it minimum ???

Press start and search "task manager", open it and go to the "processes" tab. Please post a screenshot of what you see.

It seems that FlashMediaLi.. (please post it's full name in text) is using your cpu heavily.
I fiured out that it may be this streaming application called Flash Media Live Encoder, but it can happen that it is a virus.
Please tell me if you are using any antivirus&firewall software and what it is.
Use METHOD THREE of this tutorial to disable every/any adobe applications listed in that menu.Then Restart your computer and run a full system scan with the antivirus (if you have any instead of windows default).

yes i am running flash media encoder its a streaming application thats y the cpu usage goes high thats my only question hwo to reduce it??? n i have norton antivirus

I see, well I don't know that app but it seems like streaming uses that much of cpu resources sorry :/
