Dell XPS L502X Windows auto scroll/minimize/pause issue.

Hello everyone,
I recently bought a new dell laptop. Im running a Windows 7 Home premium x64. Now since the start i have noticed a few weird things happening.
1. When ever im using a browser ie. Internet explorer and google chrome, my browser scrolls down automatically to the bottom page even if im typing or watching a video.
2. when im playing a fulls screen online video my video tends to auto pause.
3. when ever i donot have a browser open and i open any other window/application everything minimizes, though i haven't noticed these issues when im playing game in full screen.

this happens quiet frequent and even continuously happens about 2-4 times max at a time. on a note the screen is touch screen as well i have run the dell support tests but everything seems fine. please help me resolve this

I'd try to Clean Up Factory Bloatware, in particular achieving a Clean Boot. You may need to research which are the touch screen functions so they are not disabled unless you don't want them.

If this fails to solve the problem - by disconnecting a huge load of programs which don't need to start with Win7 - then work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7
