Did Not Load Drivers

I have 1 driver that loads once but then fails to load 4 other times and another that loads once then fails to load 1 other time.

I'm not sure how to tell if I actually need them to load at all attempts or if I need them to not attempt to load the extra times.

The suggestion is to delete your USB controllers, and reboot the computer.

What anti-virus do you run? If Avast or AVG, uninstall it and see if the problem persists.

I haven't installed any antivirus. I did a clean install of Windows 7 x64 SP1 recently.

After following the guidance in the "Answer" post, there is no change.

Should I try all of the suggestions at that link and report back here after each one?

Hi WWW,

open device manager, select View hidden devices,

scroll to Network Adapters, REMOVE all Miniport drivers.

REBOOT

The system will reinstall them as required and hopefully should resolve this.

I tried this in both standard mode and safe mode. They don't seem to be uninstalling.

When I click "Uninstall" I get a warning message saying I'm about to uninstall and I click ok but then it seems nothing happens.

I rebooted then checked the bootlog and those drivers are still loading once and not loading the extra times.
