directx BSODs - dxgmms1.sys and dxgkrnl.sys

I recently built myself a new computer, with the following specs:

i5 3750k, asrock z77 extreme4, 8GB Gskill sniper low voltage (model F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR2, two sticks of 4GB). I have an OCZ SSD (which isnt being used for windows at all, so, the specs arent important) and a WD caviar black WD1002FAEX 1TB HDD.

now, for some reason, I am getting random BSODs, in particular when I'm doing something that is a little more graphics intensive, such as streaming videos or gaming. Im assuming its a Directx problem, since my memory works perfectly fine in linux and never freezes (no, i haven't done a memtest, but, i just got the memory, and in all aspects it appears to function normal. I never have any crashes in linux whatsoever). In attempt to try to fix this, i have tried reinstalling windows (so, all of my BSOD minidumps arent here, this is from the most recent install), as well as updating directx, and uninstalling then reinstalling the intel HD 4000 driver. however, nothing seems to be fixing the problem. I was just wondering if there was someone more knowledgeable who could give me their opinion.

I have attatched a .zip with the required info from the rules, plus copies of the minidumps, and the results of a program called autoruns (on another site, a person posted in a forum, and someone asked for the results of this, so, i thought maybe it would be helpful to someone)

as a sidenote, one of the crashlogs lays blame on cfosspeed6 or whatever, which was xfastLAN, a program that comes with the Asrock board. I uninstalled it, because i thought it was giving me OTHER problems too, but still had a BSOD not too long later.

If anyone needs more information, I would be glad to provide it ASAP. I would just like to get my computer working at 100% until i can get the nVidia card i want, and be able to get back to 100% linux =P THe only reason i have windows is to run EVE online, but, if its crashing when i try to play it, it kinda seems counter inuitive.

I thank anyone who takes the time to look this over, and hope for the best

also, this is a win7 64bit home premium, on trial version since im not planning on using it more for the month of trial that i have. I just reinstalled it this morning.

The installation is using the Default Key, which cannot be activated.
The BIOS is normal for a retail board.
The machine looks to have been installed 4 days prior to the MGADiag being run (so, on the 16th July).
