DirectX is not working.

Hi i am new to the forums and my DirectX isn't working.
No program in my computer can use it and for example:
My Saints Row The Third gives me the following error: "Failed to create graphics device".
When i use DXDiag it tells me that i have DirectX 11 Installed but some programs cant use it. Some can only work in DirectX 9.

Is there any way i can repair my DirectX instalation?

Finded out that the problem is my graphics driver but i need to install it every time the pc reboots or else it wont play Saints Row 3 still.
