Disable "History" in the run dialog box

Pretty much the title, I would like there to never be any history there. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Yes, this can be done. The way that I do it is to change the permissions on the RunMRU registry key so that it is read-only for all accounts (including system). Are you sure that you want to mess with the registry?
