Hi,
I can easily turn off System Protection via:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SystemRestore]
"RPSessionInterval"=dword:00000000

However, I also need to set its Disk Space Usage property to minimum (1%).
System Properties > Configure > Disk Space Usage
I couldn't find the key for Disk Space Usage, please help.
Thanks :)

Why do you want to do it that way using the Registry, when you can do it via System Restore. If you disable System Protection then it will show disc space usage as 1%.

If you disable System Protection you definitely need some other back up method.

I agree with Ranger4. There are easier ways of doing it than using the registry, but why would you? System Protection can enable you to restore your settings when things go wrong. It does not always work just as it is supposed to, but it will often enough it can save you a lot of time and effort. I know it has saved me on more than one occasion.

Let's finish this by the real story:
1st, what saves me is not System Restore, is Acronis TrueImage, which restore my whole C: drive to initial state (35GB) in ~ 3 mins!
Then, my question was that I was able to disable/enable System Protection using a registry key and how to set the disk percent usage!
The answer which I still didn't find was just a registry key not another question that put my question under question!
Well, we assemble tns of PCs every week and we install Win7 or Win10 and a few simple software.
To minimize the time needed I'm preparing a .reg file to include all customization we need as I can't do it one by one!
Now, thanks and end of conversation!
Cheers.
