Disable taskbar item reflectance

I'm very new to the world of windows customisation with 3rd-party software, but I'm pleased with what I have so far :-)

The problem's the look of open taskbar items.. I'd love to be able to change how they look, but I can't find or work out how to :confused:

Help would be appreciated :D
