Disable the "undo" functionality of win 7 explorer (file operations)

This is a bit of a strange problem, admittedly. Nonetheless, I'm hopeful that someone here may have a solution.

Win 7 Explorer has this "feature" whereby you can undo all sorts of file operations (rename, move, delete) by pressing ctrl+z or by clicking the "undo <whatever>" menu item in the context menu.

I find this incredibly annoying, because the only time I use this feature is by accident (either I was trying to ctrl+z in another program window without realizing the focus was switched to, say, the desktop; or I simply failed to click the menu item I was aiming for, and hit the undo <whatever> instead..)

So, in short, can anybody tell me a way to disable this undo functionality..other than being more careful where I click (no can do :o )... any way at all?

You could try remapping Ctrl + Z but then you'd lose that functionality in general across multiple programs. I think the only fix is to just be more deliberate and careful with your actions.

well, there should be a way to do that! i mean it was possible to clear the (UNDO - DELETE/RENAME/MOVE) from context menu back in WIN XP. but now on win7 it really sucks, i have more than a person using my laptop and i like to have everything in place, and most of the times i come back and find that some clicked UNDO here or there which gets everything messy again.

remapping is not a solution in my opinion, i'd love if you guys could assist us in this dilemma.
Thanks in advance

The simple solution is usually the best solution. Stop letting other people use your account. Force them to use a different user account on your computer. Then they won't mess up your files.

There's also a Redo (Ctrl+Y) option, so if someone uses Undo, just click Redo and it's back to how it was.
