disappearing hard drive after resume from sleep

When my computer wakes up from sleep my wd 1.5 tb is gone. and i need to reboot to get the drive back. Anyway i can fix this?

It did not work. guess i will just leave my computer on 24/7 till i can find a fix for this problem.

I didnt know so many people had this problem till i did a search on the internet.
