Have you tried scrolling to the right in the Disk "frame" and sort on the Total column?

You could probably also check under CPU and sort on the CPU column. The program using that much disk activity is probably also using a lot of CPU.

And try a reboot if you haven't tried that.

See the CPU Usage in Pic it's Around 11%, i don't think it's Much. i rebooted many time but again i 'm getting the Same issue.
CPU and RAM usage is not too Much (Around 15% Max) but Hard disk activity is around 100% which is really Annoying and which also Causing my PC to Run Slow... :(

If Windows Media Player is set to share media files on the Lan it has a tendency to hog the HD scanning for media files to share. In Network Sharing settings you could disable it and see if the HD usage is reduced.

Do you have any software that automatically detects file changes in folders? Stuff like cloud storage where you just dump files in a local folder?

That Windows API that auto detects file changes can bring a system to its knees.

Other than that boot to Safe Mode and see if the drive settles down. If so then it's a process of elimination what runs only in normal mode.

It's a process of elimination. Unfortunately there's no quick fix. If you want to find the culprit it's either go through each process running in normal mode that does not run in safe mode. Or the fix all approach of reinstalling.

i use utorrent software but this soft not runs on STartup(i Change settings) , it only runs when i open/Run it.. Bitcon(Never Heard)?? So i think bitcon and torrent are not the cause of high Disk activity.

Your screenshot doesn't show the useful information. Try this:

Start> Run then type:

perfmon.exe /res

Press Enter.

On the Disk tab sort by Read, Write and Total to look for problems.

Other than that if you want a log of file changes in real time try Activity Indicator:

Activity Indicator: Activity Indicator | SourceForge.net

You can use it to log file changes on any or all drives.
