disk cleanup window home premium

disk cleanup is not deleting any files and my local C disk is not getting any free space. I have used disk cleanup and tried to delete tham but when I try again they are still there can this be fixed

You could also go to:

Start rb: > Computer > Uninstall/Change Program

Then uninstall any programs which you do not use anymore.

You may also want to clean up any factory bloatware, which can improve performance for Windows 7 and may also help free up some space on your C:\ drive.

What are you try to get off your computer? Ccleaner as posted by whs is a great program if used correctly. Something else to use is.
