I think your goal is unreachable. There are no Win7 drivers for this video chip in this notebook.
It is old hardware, intended for WinXP, not for Win7. There are no drivers from ATI for the Mobility 7500 in that notebook.
You may have gotten Win7 to "install", but as you can tell there are many holes in the result... such as no video drivers. This is very common trying to install Win7 on old hardware: you will very often NEVER find drivers for the old components inside the machine, such as the video chip here.
Time to upgrade your hardware to a modern machine, I'm afraid. Or reinstall WinXP as is supposed to be on this notebook. If WinXP was on that box in the first place, surely there is a WinXP product key sticker on the case or you can get it from HP, so that you can do a complete reinstall of WinXP from scratch.
Sorry... I don't have a solution for you other than these ideas.
