Display Goes Out

When I plugged in to the charger or plugged out my laptop, It's display goes off and on again. I'm using a dell N5110 laptop and I formatted it 4days ago, and before the format this didn't happen. Is this risky ??? How do I solve this ??? Please help meeee

I'm using windows 7 ultimate

this is happening when My laptop power change between AC power and battery power. plz help do I need to take this to a service center??

Did you reinstall all of the necessary drivers for your laptop since the format?

Are there any unknown devices in your Device Manager?

If so, have you run Windows Update and installed all of the necessary updates since the format? That usually finds and installs most of the stuff you need.
