Hi

Is there a easy way to find out if all my hardware has required drivers?

I would avoid that like the plague. Windows Device Manager well tell you if you have any problems related to drivers on any device.

For Win7?
In the search box type device manager.

Click it in the results.


If there are missing drivers you should clearly see it as a yellow triangle with a ! inside it.


If you do not see that, and there's just a list of all devices, you are good to go, in regards to having all that's required.
It will not tell you if there's a update, only if its missing. Windows update will be able to, the majority of the time, update drivers if needed.


I do agree these driver update programs are usually bad news as they use a best guess and can often get it wrong. Which results in stability issues or more.


In regards to updates for your drivers I would recommend doing one of 2 things.
1) Let Windows Update do it
2) Do it yourself. To do this you will need to know exactly what hardware you have, go to each manufacturers website and check if there is a update.
