Do I really need all this?

I'm going through and trying to clean up what I don't need. I wanted to know if I actually needed this Microsoft things. If I'm right, they were installed through Windows 7 updates. So do I need these things? All I really use on my computer is Adobe software and Gaming.

No it's not really needed unless you want it. just that the Windows updates liek security and stuff can't be uninstalled >.>

SQL Server is not installed though Windows Update, it is something you actively install.
