does a fresh/clean install of windows 7 has such registry keys?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_IPFILTERDRIVER

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\IpFilterDriver\Enum

or are created by peerblock?

i googled it , i found many antivirus sites but i guess it's not my case

because i'm not sure if are created by eset smart security or peeblock portable

I installed PeerBlockPortable_1.1_r518_Rev_2_English.paf.exe after ESET was installed.

I restarted the W7 pro 64bit VM and with both ESET and Peerblock running - those keys are not there:

The Vista version that you linked to does not create those keys either.

I tried both the default settings and blocking everything.
