I'm trying to convince a friend to purchase MBAM Premium to use along with his Norton Security Suite included in his Comcast plan. At this time he is on the 14 day trial period.
However now I'm wondering if that's a good idea.
MBAM Premium runs ok

But Norton history reports
Info: High CPU, Disk Read usage by: Malwarebytes Service.
Severity: Medium
Activity: Unauthorized access blocked (Access Process data.
Status: Blocked

About the only "Virus" I've seen eat up More resources than Norton is the one from McAfee, *which I could get free from AT&T*. A better solution is to use MSE/Defender along with Malwarebytes Premium. If he doesn't trust Microsoft, then Free versions of AVG, Avast or Avira also work well combined with Malwarebytes.

Yes I definitely agree with you. I have them on my Win7 computer and all's well with it.
