Does a virus scanner function for all users?


In the past, I never set up my computer for another user. I have just set up some computers for another user besides myself, and thrown a guest account in there too. I am using Microsoft Security Essentials.

Virus scanners function for all users. To do otherwise would be a serious security hole which malware authors would be sure to exploit.
