Solved Dose anyone else have issues with Razer synapse

Hello i would like to know if i am the only one who has some issues with razer synapse i have reinstall it 2 times now and my problem is when i start it up as it starts with with windows on my PC when i comes up i know it turns the lighting off on my keyboard and mouse as it should but when i close it down it should put the lights back on and sometimes it dose not and it can make my mouse lag as well i need to trying and get the razer synapse to open back up and then try and close it again before the mouse lag stops and the lights on my keyboard work!
I have the
Razer black widow ultimate keyboard
Razer death adder mouse
I did not know if this would come under gaming or drivers or what as it is a gaming program

Is there a way to go into the programs options and setting it so it DOES NOT start when Windows starts? If not just go to msconfig and disable it manually from booting when you PC boots. It doesn't need to be running constantly right? It is just used to update the hardware drivers correct?

thanks man i never thought of that as i do click it to not open when windows start and it still dose so ill try the msconfig thing and see if that works if not ill re download it from the website.

No problem. Yeah just click the start button and type "msconfig" into the search bar and hit Enter. Once the System Configuration window comes up, navigate to the Startup tab and uncheck the Razer Synapse. This is also a good way to disable a lot of programs from starting when you PC starts and will give you a better boot time. Let us know how it goes.
