Solved Download problems in IE9

When I try to download a file I get the download pop up at the bottom of my screen, which I dislike, it offers me the standard "Run Save' option. When I select Save nothing happens, when I select Run it runs the file but will not save the file. This started recently and was working correctly before. I my have reset something by mistake.
Any ideas on what happened?

Hello Ken,

This is a new feature in IE9. Instead of getting the usual Save/Run dialog box, it gives you a Save/Run information bar pop-up. Same thing.

By default, IE9 saves to your C:\Users\(user-name)\Download folder. The tutorial below can show you how to change it to whatever location you like though.

That fixed it. I moved my default Downloads folder of my C Dirve ( my new SSD) and put it on my D dirve (HHD)
