downloading problem

hi guys,
i am using window7 its works fine. but now i can't download any files, i tried in more websites but i cant download anything even attachments in my e-mail also i cant download. i am using internet explorer and mozilla firefox in both i cant download anything. please help me to solve this problem.

As a quick test I would try IE8. If that works, there is a problem with FF. It may be a plugin. You could disable all of those.

i tried with download manager but it not works,im using panda antivirus2009.

What happens when you try? Do you get any errors?

Errors? It just doesn't download? Were you able to download files before and it stopped working?

Could you have ever downloaded files on your Win 7 box?

gads, would you post your system specs.
I do hate to guess. last time tried to help a guy who had noises...also many others. after 9 pages - he say its from his speakers.
nice to know his speakers worked.

Yes what error do you get? It may be your firewall or anti virus.
