DRIVER PROBLEM on sony vaio VGN-AR630E

So here is my problem.
This laptop has a nvidia 8400m gt. I installed windows 7 Professional 32-bit, and i installed every driver i needed without a problem. Now when i install the driver fro the gpu mentioned, the laptop won't boot up, all i get is some green lines flashing and i don't get to desktop. I tried the drivers from sony website, the ones from nvidia( modfying inf file), also went on laptopvideo2go and i tried those ones. All end up with same result -.-

Hi Welcome to Seven Forums ... Uninstall the Driver and then run Windows Updates ... If you can not do that in Normal mode try safe Mode ...

Have you found a solution? I've been trying to figure this out for the last 6 years! I'm starting to think the only solution is to reinstall Windows Vista because from what I've read the drivers are not supported by newer versions.

After six years i would have given up ... If the Vista Drivers do not resolve the issue there is not much else you can do ...
