driver reboot loop

after installing the graphics driver for this tablet, windows recognizes the adapter and installs nessesary additional drivers. after it installs intel softbios thing it requess restart. after restart it goes through all the above steps again requesting reboot. whats goin on here and how do i fix it?

sorry forgot i switched from the installation forum. this is a motion m1300, not super relevant since i already have the right driver, just wont stop reinstalling it. now its not having me restart but sometimes after restart it fails to install.
