Driver stopped responding while playing Saints Row 3, then BSOD.

Hello everyone. I really need your help. I was playing Saints Row 3. And I got crashes occasionally. And I usually got this pop-up:
Display driver stopped responding and has recovered

But this time... While I was playing, I got a BSOD. Check the attachment for more details on it. It's a .dmp file.

I really expect help, and hope someone will help me. Thanks in advance.

PC Specifications:
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Intel Core i7-2600 CPU 3.40GHz
8GB of RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 560
DirectX 11

P.S. I did try updating my NVIDIA drivers. I was on the newest driver, got crashes, then updated to a BETA driver (newest). Crashes persist.

Hello once again everyone. Sorry for a triple post, but this is important. The outcome for the BSoD is MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. What is that supposed to mean? Could I possibly got a limit on memory?
