Solved DSL Fax Modem?

is there such a thing as DSL Fax Modem

my brother lives in another country and he is computer illiterate

he ask me can he send fax from his DSL Fax Modem

i think he is confusing his DSL modem with normal USB Fax modem

No.

You cannot send a Fax with a DSL modem. A Fax modem is a dial up modem.
But there are services that allow sending a Fax over the Internet. Some I believe will allow sending a small number for free.
