Hello.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate as my original OS. It is the only OS currently installed on my computer but I want to install Backtrack 4 R1 so that I could perform a dual boot.
The last time I followed the instructions, on the BIOS boot menu it displayed both my Windows 7 OS and Backtrack 4 R1 OS but the computer was forcibly and automatically logging into the Backtrack 4 R1 even when I tried to press the 'Up and Down' arrows on my keyboard to select Windows 7 to start in the initial OS boot menu. I could not move up or down to make a preferential selection.
What could be the problem? Why is my computer forcing me to login to the alternative OS?
