Duplication Windows Live Mail Setup

I recently installed Windows Live Mail 2012 on my Win 8 machine and have it setup to my liking. Now I want to install it on a Win 7 machine and would like to duplicate the Win 8 setup on the Win 7 machine. How to I go about that without setting up each item one by one? Would it be so simple as to just copy the WLM stuff from the Win 8 AppData to the Win7 AppData?
