Hi all,
On my HTPC, my DVD/RW drives are not behaving properly, and I'm not sure why. They no longer have the proper menu on right-click with a disk inserted, double-clicking opens rather than playing CDs and DVDs. I CAN play a DVD by using the menu in VLC to open it, but this is causing a major issue in my son's math program (Teaching Textbooks) because apparently this issue is preventing the program from opening his math problems, grrr. This just started in the past few days. I recently did a few Windows updates, but I do not recall anything related to the drives, nor do I remember if this started before or after the updates. Appreciate any advice! First pic: drive no longer shows disc name or that it's a DVD in it. Second pic: the result of double-clicking a DVD (used to play it) Third pic: right-click menu on a DVD
