I just fixed my last BSOD (faulty RAM) that kept appearing and now I'm getting a new one. I was just beginning to watch a video using firefox, screen froze and then i got this BSOD. I checked memory dump with BlueScreenView and results were :

BC code : 0x00000116
Caused By Driver : dxgkrnl.sys
Caused By Address : dxgkrnl.sys+5d000
(I will attach .dmp)

I have new rig with
Asus gtx 560 ti 448
Intel core i5 2500k
Asrock z68 pro3 gen3
and Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

my GPU and CPU temperatures were around 35 degrees during BSOD.

My video card driver version is 295.73 - WHQL and it has worked properly before.

Well you have checked the normal things and they look good.
The 295.73 - WHQL could be corrupt. Remove and install it again.
I would run another memory test on the new ram. Your video card ram and system ram do communicate with each other when needed.

I have tested my new RAM and it's working good. Anyway no more BSODs appeared today and everything seems to be alright. If I get more blue screens i'll contact here.
Thanks!

I've just upgraded my rig to similiar to yours and I have the exact same problem. I tested everything, the mobo, the PSU, the memory..Used different drivers (all from Catalyst 11.12 to 12.4) and I still have random bsods in games, photoshop, etc... Basically I can't do anything, can't work, can't play...ffs
Here's my current setup

I've read dozens of topics on different forums, tried almost every method that I found - still nothing. Everything was fine when I had ASUS P5K PRO and C2D E8400..
