emails keep downloading in windows live mail

win 7 and Windows live mail

all of a sudden its getting emails downloaded as duplicates every time the "sync" button is pushed.

the 'leave on the server' option is not selected

Switch your protocol to POP instead of using IMAP.

wa that way i did run repair and it doesnt seem to be getting dupes but thanks for the heads up i did check for that.
