EPSON Print CD program

Can anyone help me with an issue with this program not recognising downloaded material. There is obviously a block somewhere not allowing access to the EPSON Print CD software, but I am unable to unblock it.

I use this program, and an Epson Artisan 835 printer to print on CD's.

Can you clarify what you mean by "not recognising downloaded material"? I don't understand.

I have downloaded some CD covers from a website and EPSON print is not recognising them, they have been saved into a folder but when I try to import them through the epson cd they don't appear in the folder, there is obviously a block somewhere & I can't find how to remove the block

If they are in a jpg format you should be able to import them, or for example for on "Background", select Background then click on the "File" tab and point the program to the folder you have the covers and select the one you want.
