Go to the Epson site and get the latest driver. A Vista driver will most likely work if there is not a win 7 one yet.

Is it USB? What happens when you plug the printer in? Many Epson printers have the driver in the printer so that it hot loads when you plug it into Vista.

I understand. The fact that there is a download for Vista indicates it's not "hot loadable" driver like my printer. Looks like it just doesn't have a Windows 7 driver. See if you can find an Epson forum. Somebody there must have gotten that printer to work on W7 by now if it can be done. Maybe there's some compatibility mode install trick or something.

Printer drivers for Windows 7

I have just upgraded to a new pc with Windows 7 and found i was unable to install my Epson printer (Photo R800 in my case) from the cd install disc. My pc was unable to locate an online upgrade and so after a bit of searching i found all the drivers at the following link. I downloaded my driver directly and it works fine now. This link has all the Epson drivers here for windows 7 plus windows 7 64-bit.

The problem is that not all of Epson's older printers are compatible with Win 7/Vista 32 or 64-bit. Yes the R800 (I have one), as well as my Epson Stylus Photo 2200 are. In fact the last update for the 2200 was Dec 09. But these are the exceptions in the older line of Epson’s printers (2200 Aug 2002, R800 Feb 2004). My guess is that these are being kept updated as they are still highly popular amongst professional photographers and graphic artists.

My Epson 10 did not work/print after installation

I have two Epson T10 (brand new)... One is with CISS Pigment and the other one is Sublimation CISS... I installed the pigment printer and it worked on my Windows 7... Since i need to use the sublimation printer, I also installed it... But it did not work for printing...

Why is that? What happened? Did I missed something? There was a pop up that the Creative Suite is already installed (maybe because i have already installed the first one) and the Installation was not completed... Is this the reason?

How can I make my sublimation printer work? I'm using one desktop...

PLEASE HELP ME FIND THE ANSWER....

Thanks!

Here, let me Google that for you...

Let me google that for you

Click the first link on the results page, go to Drivers and Support and select Windows 7 from the dropdown (or 7 X64 if that's what you use).
