Seriously though, checking your drivers I think would be the first thing to do. Use your touch pad if easier. You could also go to Control Panel and click Mouse and check the various settings. Sorry 'bout all the jokes but this is a pretty sharp bunch on SF and they jump on any opportunity. Good luck!

i have an arc touch mouse that fits nicely in my palm.
it uses blue track technology and can be used on most surfaces and has a blue laser, so no dirty balls.
