(error 0xc0000005) on installing windows 7

Hello,

i wanted to do a clean install windows 7ultimate 64bit on my pc .

"i3 intel processor
4gb ram
1gb nvidia graphics
1tb hard disk"

i did delete all the partition and made one primary partition and was installing win 7 ultimate 64bit but its getting struck at 76% after that getting error message ("windows installation encountered an unexpected error. Verify that the installation sources are accessible and restart the installation" .
p.s- have attached screenshot of the error

Since it happens during the extraction of the installation files to your HD, it could be that your installation CD is damaged or its download was somehow faulty. Have you tried downloading it again?

A second possibility is that the HD is damaged and giving troubles because of that. A full disk chkdsk could confirm or discard this option.
