Error 628

Okay, I tried using an internal dial up modem (I know very old school) and when I try to connect it will say verifying username and password then after a minuet an error will appear saying that the remote computer terminated the connection. I checked the driver of the modem and it was fine and the phone line is all good. Could this be the problem of the ISP? or my side?

Could be your ISP or could it be your user name or password is wrong
