Solved Error 800B0100 after 100+ updates (Clean install)

Dear guru's,

Since installing 100+ updates at once on a fresh Windows 7 Home Premium x64 install (Toshiba Image), I'm stuck with error 800B0100. I've tried running the SUR tool multiple times, and have runned the SFC /scannow command. And I've tried the MS Fix It. But to no avail. SP1 is already installed, so that isn't the problem in this case.

I hope a (CheckSUR) Expert can help me with this problem.

I included the entire CBS folder (2 part RAR) in the attachment.

I've uploaded a file - ptraa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder ptraa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Assuming that works (it should do) please run another SFC /SCANNOW and post the new CBS.log file as well - if the scan comes back with no errors, then try installing the updates again.
