Hey guys, I'm having an issue in my week old installation of Win7 x64 Home Premium. Things seem to run OK in general, and most Windows Updates install just fine, but there are 2 updates which I have so far been unable to install. There's an Important update listed to install IE10, and an optional one listed for IE11. The odd thing is, I have IE10 already installed. The error code I get when trying to install these updates (or even just the IE10 one as in the image below) is 9C48:

I ran the SURT tool and the SFC scan (no errors found as far as I can tell), then created CBS.zip, but it was too large (20 MB) for attaching here, so I uploaded to my Dropbox account here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1wd49llupy2odyb/CBS.zip
Any ideas on where to go from here? Should I just hide the IE10 update in Windows Update even though it's important? Thanks for any help you can offer!
