Error 9C59 when installing IE11 Win7 x64

Been trying to update my IE from 10 to 11, but I haven't succeed.
I've already tried the Microsoft's stuff 'bout downloading the installer there, the required items... But it didn't work.
What should I do?

The first thing you need to do is make sure you have all of the prerequisite Windows Updates: http://Prerequisite updates for Internet Explorer 11 | support.microsoft.com/kb/2847882

Use this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/24367-windows-update-view-update-history-details.html to get to and check, but, in step #2 instead of clicking on "View Update History" go to the bottom and click on "Installed Updates", then check the prerequisite"s against what you have installed. If any are missing install them and see if you can then install IE11.
