Computer was running fine until I used a safe mode windows firewall sweeper in order to get rid of this nasty Trojan horse.
The program ran fine and it delete just the Trojan horse "no other program or files were removed"
I've tried several times to system restore but still the same error message.

Is it possible it did something to my registry and can clear CMOS work to fix it? I cannot get past the system restore screen and the bios screen can also get command prompt.

If there is nothin that I can do to solve the problem would erasing everything and starting out fresh fix it?

Please help.

If you tried to do the restore in the normal OS configuration, try going back into Safe Mode to do it.

Since you were dealing with a Trojan it's possible your computer is still infected or the Trojan messed up some system files. I'd try using some other free antimalware scans just to verify that all remnants of the Trojan are gone. All of these suggested products have free versions:

Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware, anti-virus and spyware removal download

Hitman Pro 3 - SurfRight

Comodo Cleaning Essentials

SUPERAntiSpyware.com | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!

Remember to update the database and select the full scan option. Full scan will take a lot longer (perhaps over an hour) but does a deeper scan. If the scans come back clean you could also run a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If this scan detects any probelms, run the scan 3 times rebooting in between each scan.

Well I did the sfc /scannow and it gives me the message that a repair is already in order.
So I tried it on the cd and ran the sfc /scannow offbootdir=d:\ / etc and I got the that nothing was wrong.
I did run it 5 times and did a restart and tried again and same thing.. Still not able to boot up...

I run it and it gives me a message says "startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically"

I went through the "diagnosis and repair details" and all the tests were completed successfully.... Zero errors...
