Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD yourself? Confirm the ISO or download another and burn DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed.

How do you plan to activate Win7?

Try removing all but 2gb RAM to try install.

Check for newer BIOS update. If none reset BIOS to defaults, set SATA controller in BIOS setup to AHCI to try install. Unplug all other HD's and peripherals.

If the HD is used at all then wipe it with Diskpart Clean Command from DVD Command line using DISKPART At PC Startup.

Next try unplugging the DVD drive. Write the latest installer ISO to flash stick using download tool given here. Boot stick using one time BIOS Boot Menu key given on first boot screen, after setting HD first to boot in BIOS setup.

If this fails burn the latest ISO to DVD using Download tool to see if it is the problem. The error is almost always the installer so check DVD for scratches or dirt.

Hi,I put the HDD into my old PC and installed the windows 7 and than put the HDD back into my new PC and I'am running W7 this way. So far no drama and lets see how far I can go like this .
Thanks A Lot.

You were lucky as it is rare Win7 will start on completely different hardware, due to differences in drivers, SID and HID all converging at boot.

You right but i found that i can burn disk on my dvd rw but i have errors installing softwares using same dvd rw but if i save it on usb stick it installs with no prob.So i replace the dvd rw but no luck.
