Solved Error in install windows 7 ultimate on my laptop

When i try to install windows 7 ultimate x32
it show me this error "Windows could not retrieve information about the disks on this computer."
What should i do? please help me -.-

Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD yourself

How is it being activated?

What is the native OS version on that laptop?
