Error in User Account Profile! Help! and Avira not working!

Hi, I'm still new with Windows 7. I downloaded the "Absolute uninstaller" here in the forum (got the link from here). Now, I'm cleaning my laptop, uninstalling those that are not familliar and usable. Now, I'm having a big problem, because, my anti-virus is not anymore working, the folder is still there and the icon. I tried to delete the folder but I'm getting an error that I need permisssion of the administrator, BUT I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR! :(

I remember deleting MS C++, because I thinking that I'm not a programmer, why would I keep that. Is that the reason why I'm having this big problem?
I saw MS C++ displayed on the lists of applications when I ran the "absolute uninstaller"

I noticed that user profile was added, I don't know how did it happened. My friends advised me to system restore but I'm worried b'coz it might delete the newly useful installed applications I downloaded.

I don't know how to fix it. Please help me guys!

Hi,

The MS C++ will no doubt be used by other applications requiring those runtime files so deleting them was a bad idea ;)

As for your Antivirus, try re-installing it to see if it'll allow uninstallation from the Windows 'Remove Program' option in Control Panel.

By 'User Profile' what are you referring to? Every computer has/needs a user profile to function. Is it a new user created?

Hi

Thank you! I'm going to download C++, I tried system restore that accordingly, encountered an error, accordingly, maybe the anti-virus is running, suggesting to stop the anti-virus, but the anti-virus is OFF in fact, under Security there's an option there to Turn ON the anti-virus. But, I'll try to install again the anti-virus.

So, system restore didn't work, suggesting to choose different restore points.
if the problem is c++, I have deleted 2005 and 2008. I'll just download the two.

Regarding the user profile, after noticing the problem yesterday, yes, the user profile was automatically added. I don't how did it happened. I only have 3, mine which is the admin, my girlfriend who's the standard user and guest. But, when I'm trying to resolve this issue (not being able to delete because of permission issue), I went to a location where you can edit the permission and I'm surprised to see more than 3 users.

How can I resolve this user profile issue and permission issue? how can't I delete where in fact I'm logged in as the Admin?
Also, please confirm if downloading 2005 and 2008 c++ redistributable is okay.
