The RAW partition CAN'T be recovered by either the quick or full scan. Does that mean that I am gonna lose all the data in that partition?

Ok, so this is the partition wizard (RAW partition selected) and should I select the delete option.

You have 1 very small partition "system reserved" 100MB. And unallocated space at the end of disk, also very small. 2 partitions are still there 103GB and 97GB. Because drive is 465GB in total.... 265GB is lost.
The RAW partition is actually C about 265GB. Now I understand what you mean.

Simply delete RAW and do a partition recovery (unallocated space, quick scan). Does is find anything (ignore fake partitions size 3MB or so).

You can safely delete the RAW partition.... it's fake/corrupt anyway. Delete a partition only means delete the pointer in partition table

If it can recover it, make it primary. "system reserved" is active I assume? Leave that active

I tried all the scans and the RAW partition can't be recovered, the short scan on the unallocated space only show 3mb partitions. Is there any other actions or tools you would recommend?

I read your first post again. Seatools gave errors. Steps to do:

1. Make backup of "local disk" and "data". "system reserved" is not needed
2. Buy another harddisk...it's faulty

Test disk with seatools and give me all errors.

But first backup all partitions on that disk (except "system reserved") to external disk. After that's done I give you instructions how to (hopefully) recover things from old C

I don't see any picture!

"data" and "lokal disk" are still fine (as far as I can determine now). But if disk is faulty they can become corrupt very soon. So backup them if you want to have the files!!

TestDisk - CGSecurity is a very good disk recovery tool as well.

Do you want a real backup, so also file permissions? Or simply a copy of all files?

I mean the owner of the files, who can read them, who can write them and so on.
But because it's not the C drive everyone has read/write/execute access as default. Because you don't know what permissions are you didn't change it.

That's also an option. Copy partition to another disk using partition wizard. New disk must have a lot of unallocated space to hold the new partition. Tip: Make partition logical instead of primary. A disk can hold max 4 primary partitions, or 3 primary partitions and a lot of logical partitions.

To create the unallocated space shrink other partitions first

Local Disk=40GB used space

So 45GB unallocated space is enough
