Solved Error message pops up after i shut down pc

Hello

After i go to start > shut down

I get this error message all the time, i have to just cross it out and continue with the shut down process

Ok it says framework so it has something to do with that but i have no idea how to go about this problem

Is there a way to stop this error from popping up?

Ooops, had another solution on a collection of tips I keep on my files:

Uninstall Microsoft .Net Framework, reboot, then go to its official download page and get the version for your system.
